5 Deposits

The minimum deposit at cvv99 is ৳100. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately. For any deposit-related issues, contact support with your transaction reference number.

6 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are paid through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed. cvv99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while investigating any suspicious transactions.

7 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cvv99 does not charge any additional currency conversion fees; however, the payment provider may apply their own fees. For any questions about fees, contact your payment service provider directly.

8 Welcome Bonus

cvv99 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. For a deposit of ৳6,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, giving a total of ৳11,000.

The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount received (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.

9 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games.
• Each bonus applies once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• cvv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

12 Technical Issues & Game Failures

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server error, network issue, or other technical reason, cvv99 will take reasonable action.
